About Me:

I am a second-year PhD student at Michigan State University, studying personality psychology with Ted Schwaba.
I am interested in how we come to know who we are, what shapes that process, and how we can leverage that information to live happier lives. For example, how does an introverted person learn this about themselves, and what does it mean for them when their goals require social interactions?
I like to analyze big longitudinal datasets and rich self-report data to bring together persons and processes. By bridging these quantitative and qualitative approaches, I try to understand the whole picture of how we interact with self-knowledge to create our daily lives.
